- 3 lbs boneless skinless
- 1/4 cup fresh , about 1 1/2 small lemons or 1 large lemon

- 6 (like romaine hearts)
- 1/2 Cup shredded

- 1/2 Cup shredded
Instructions
- Make rub:
- 1/2 Cup shredded
- 1/2 Tbsp. smoked
- 1/2 Tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tsp.
- 1 Tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tsp.
- 1/2 Tsp.
- 1 Tsp.
- 1 Tsp. sea
- 1 Tsp. fresh cracked
- Rub both sides of with oil.
- Generously rub each side of chicken. Let chicken sit with blackened rub for 15 minutes. Prepare croutons while waiting.
- Chop into 1” pieces. Add to a large mixing bowl. Pour olive oil over the and sprinkle , , and . Toss to coat. Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F for 5 minutes. Once heated, add to the air fryer and spray lightly with canola oil. Cook for 7 minutes, stopping halfway through to shake the basket. Remove and set aside.
- Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees F for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken into the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook 10 more minutes. Cut into strips.
- Chop romaine into 1” pieces and add to salad bowl.
- Prepare Caesar dressing.
- Place 2 Tbsp mayo, 2 tsp dijon, 1 tsp , 2 pressed cloves, 1/4 cup 1/2 tsp and 1/2 tsp freshly ground in the bowl of an electric food processor. (Press and squeeze juice right into the food processor; think dish factor),
- Process until smooth and well blended. While the food processor is still on, VERY slowly pour in the 1 cup oil. Process until thick and creamy.
- Add and pulse 5 or 6 times, and, it's done!
- Pour Caesar dressing over the salad. Add shredded parmesan and croutons and toss. Top with blackened chicken strips.
