Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add , , asparagus, shiitake , and . Drizzle with and season with italian seasoning, , balsamic , , and pepper. Toss to combine until well coated.
  2. Transfer seasoned vegetables to air fryer basket. Air fry at 375F for 15 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through cooking.

Notes

  • For crispier vegetables, arrange them in a single layer and cook in batches.
