Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine , , ½ teaspoon salt, and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Take off heat and let sit, covered, 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and set aside.

  • add chicken, spices, and 1 tbsp water, cook for a few minutes to warm
  • In a small bowl, mash avocado, , and juice, salt, and black pepper
  • wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for 15 seconds to warm
  • Spread 1/4 cup down the middle of a flour tortilla, top with 1/4 cup chicken, , and guacamole. Wrap tortilla into a burrito.
