Benny's California Burrito

An easy take on Benny's Tacos California Burrito.

Ingredients

Buy

• rotisserie chicken
• guacamole
• Shredded jack cheese
• sour cream
• pico de gallo
• Freezer french fries
• Burrito-sized tortillas

Instructions

• Warm up rotisserie chicken
• Warm up tortillas
• Warm up french fries in oven
• Add all ingredients to burritos
• Heat a clean, large skillet on medium heat. Brush or spray bottom and top of each burrito with oil, then place seam side down on the skillet. Heat about one minute, then turn and heat the other side.
