Instructions

  • boil in water for a couple of minutes to get it nice and tender.
  • place the , , , and into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • cook strips in pan with butter, about 6 minutes until cooked through.
  • meanwhile, in a large sauce pan, melt the over medium-high heat and add in the . Sauté for a few seconds until it becomes fragrant, careful not to burn.
  • Add the mixture to the pan and cook, stirring/whisking constantly for 3-4 minutes or until be begins to come to a simmer. As it simmers the sauce will begin to thicken.
  • Once thickened, remove the pan from the heat and add in the cheese. Stir and remove from heat to cover immediately.
  • Let the sauce stand for 10 minutes before using. The sauce will continue to thicken while it sits.
