  • 1 1/2 cup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • 1/4 cup , maple syrup, or agave nectar

Instructions

  1. First, make the chia pudding. Use a large bowl to mix together the ingredients.
  2. Next, cover the bowl and set it in the fridge to chill for at least six hours.
  3. Finally, serve the pudding. Add in your choice of fruit, nuts, or granola.
