Instructions

  1. Heat the in a frying pan or wok until hot
  2. Finely chop the and slice the
  3. Add the and chicken and cook on a high heat for about 3 minutes, turning regularly
  4. Add the spices and if using and continue to stir around for a couple more minutes
  5. Add the chopped and cook on a medium heat until the vegetables have softened (check the chicken is cooked through if your chicken is sliced thickly) - normally around 5 minutes
  6. Turn on the grill to high
  7. Place one of the wraps on a baking sheet and grate about half of the onto it
  8. Spread the mixture from the pan evenly on top of it and cover with the other wrap
  9. Grate the rest of the on top and place under the grill
  10. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the melts
  11. Remove from the grill and cut into slices, like a pizza (pizza wheels cut them up well!)
