Jam Sandwich Bento Box

Ingredients

Buy

• Strawberry jam
• Soft bread
• Frozen edamame
• blueberries

On Hand

• butter

Instructions

• Cook edamame according to package directions (microwave about 5 minutes)
• Remove edamame peas from shells
• Spread light layer of butter on both sides of bread
• Spread jam on buttered bread
• Cut into 4 squares
• Serve with shelled edamame and blueberries

Notes

• defrosted edamame can be refrigerated and served the next day
