Instructions

  • Shred some leftover .
  • In a bowl, add , , minced , , , and . Mix well.
  • Add the shredded chicken and combine well.
  • To assemble the chicken sandwich, spread on a slice of bread followed by some .
  • Top it with some chopped .
  • Spread the mayo chicken filling and place another slice of bread over the top to cover.
  • Cut diagonally to form triangles.

Notes

Make Ahead

You can make the filling ahead, (store in the fridge in a sealed container), but assemble the sandwiches right before serving to stop them from getting soggy.
