Raspberry and Coconut Breakfast balls are a great hand held breakfast for kids.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Rolled
- 2/3 cup Unsweetened (1/3 for balls, 1/3 for rolling)
- 1 cup Frozen
- 1/4 cup
On Hand
- 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients (apart from the coconut for rolling) into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Roll into balls (I made 14) and coat in coconut.
Notes
If making for a baby you can skip the to reduce sugar level.
