Raspberry and Coconut Breakfast balls are a great hand held breakfast for kids.

Ingredients

Buy

  • 1 cup Rolled
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened (1/3 for balls, 1/3 for rolling)
  • 1 cup Frozen
  • 1/4 cup

On Hand

  • 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients (apart from the coconut for rolling) into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Roll into balls (I made 14) and coat in coconut.

Notes

If making for a baby you can skip the to reduce sugar level.
