    Instructions

    • Step 1: Place rack in the middle of oven along with a large, rimmed baking sheet. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Preheating the pan helps the brown better!
    • Step 2: Pat the dry to remove any excess moisture which can inhibit browning. Toss the with oil, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl until the are completly coated.
    • Step 3: Spread the out onto the pan. Close the oven and roast, stirring once or twice, until browning and fork tender, 18 to 20 minutes. For whole baby they will take up to 5 minutes longer.
