This is incredibly simple. Just throw it together, the leftovers are great too!

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄4lbs lean
  • 1 1⁄4ounces mix
  • 1(15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1(15 ounce) can mexicorn, UNdrained
  • 1⁄4 cup
  • 6

Instructions

  1. Spray skillet with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook turkey over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook an additional 8-10 minutes.
  4. Stir until sauce is slightly thickened.
  5. Served with tortillas.
