Instructions
- Before starting, measure out all of your spices and and set them aside. Open your canned tomatoes and set them aside as well.
- Dice and in a food processor.
- In a large pot, start water boiling, then cook according to package directions.
- In a small pan, cook and for 5 minutes.
- In a large pan over medium heat, break up the . Cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of grease from the pan.
- Add in the cooked carrot, curshed tomatoes and . Then stir in the , , , , , and .
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook on low for about 15 minutes or until the sauce is thickens, stirring intermittently.
- Once finished, taste and add more and (just a litlte at a time) to taste.
