Instructions
- Cook the
- Halve lengthwise then thinly slice crosswise
- Place in a bowel; add the 4tbsp and 2tbsp vinegar. Season with salt & pepper and set aside to marinate, stilling occasionally, for >= 10 minutes

- add turkey, pressed , chopped , salt & pepper
- Cook, stirring frequently, for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned
- Drain off excess liquid
- Add 4 tbsp & halved peas, salt & pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until combined and turkey is cooked through
- In a bowl, whisk together , , 4 tbsp warm water, , salt, pepper
