Instructions

  1. Cook the
  2. Halve lengthwise then thinly slice crosswise
  3. Place in a bowel; add the 4tbsp and 2tbsp vinegar. Season with salt & pepper and set aside to marinate, stilling occasionally, for >= 10 minutes

  9. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned
  10. Drain off excess liquid
  11. Add 4 tbsp & halved peas, salt & pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until combined and turkey is cooked through
