Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water; cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to unfold. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together , sesame , and soy sauces. Set aside.
- In a wok, heat vegetable over medium heat. Add slices and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender. Add , continuing to stir for 1 minute as it becomes fragrant. Add , , and . Cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Add cooked , sauce, and stir to coat. Continue to cook for 2 minutes until noodles are cooked through and sauce is distributed evenly.
