Will's Guacamole

A tasty simple guacamole that uses oranges instead of limes for a more creamy texture.

Ingredients

Buy

• 1/2 orange
• 3 ripe avocados
• 1 white onion
• handful of cherry tomatoes

On Hand

• salt
• Pepper
• cumin

Instructions

• Dice onions and tomatoes
• Smash avocados into a bowl
• Add onions, tomatoes, salt , pepper, and cumin
• Squeeze orange into bowl
• Taste with a chip before adding more salt , since chips are salty
