Good, but not very filling
Ingredients

- 2 large , lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded
- 1/2 cup grated

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Using a box grater, grate onto a clean kitchen towel. Gather ends of the kitchen towel to coverzucchini completely, then squeeze out excess liquid over sink.
- In a large bowl, whisk until yolks are broken up and mixture is yellow. Add , , , , , , and pepper and mix until combined.Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll it into a tater-tot shape with your hands. Place on the baking sheet.
- Bake until golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with .
