• ground beef: 1 lb lean ground beef, 85%-90% lean (Sloppy Joes)

• lime: 1 lime (Quesadillas)
• mexican cheese: 1 handful shredded mexican cheese per quesadilla (Quesadillas)
• nut butter: 1/4 cup nut butter, divided (almond butter or sunflower butter) (Banana Dog Bites)
• onion: 1 small onion, finely chopped (Sloppy Joes)
• tomato sauce: 15 oz can tomato sauce (Sloppy Joes)
